These multimedia compositions celebrate the Miami Modern (MiMo) District of Biscayne Boulevard in Miami, Florida. The boulevard’s architecture spans from early art deco to midcentury. These compositions not only celebrate architecture but the cultural and social influences of the community who live, work, and play in MiMo. I used visual repetition throughout the compositions to reinforce themes of nostalgia, movement, excitement, and celebration.
